Updates on the COVID-19 situation in Dongguan (Sept. 27)
On September 27, Dongguan reported no new local confirmed or asymptomatic case of COVID-19. There were 5 new imported asymptomatic cases. Among them, 1 case was identified during the self-health monitoring period at home, and another 4 cases were found in the closed-loop management group. Detailed information is as follows:
2022年9月27日0时至24时，全市无本土新增病例，新增境外输入无症状感染者5例。其中1例在入境返莞居家健康监测人员中筛查发现，4例在闭环管控发现。情况如下：
Imported asymptomatic case 1: The case came from Vietnam on September 19 and underwent centralized quarantine and medical observation in other province. After the quarantine period expired on September 26, the case arrived in Shenzhen by flight CZ8694, and then took a private car to the residence in Xiegang Town and practiced self-health monitoring at home. On the morning of September 27, the case tested positive in the initial COVID screening. The result remained positive after re-collection and re-examination by Dongguan CDC, and the person was transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and medical observation in a closed-loop procedure. The case was diagnosed as an imported asymptomatic case after further examination and expert consultation.
1例为入境返莞居家健康监测人员
该名人员于9月19日从越南入境，在外省进行集中隔离医学观察。9月26日隔离期满后乘坐航班CZ8694抵达深圳，随后乘坐私家车返回我市谢岗镇住处实施居家健康监测。9月27日上午其居家健康监测期间新冠病毒核酸初筛结果异常，该标本经市疾控中心复核为新冠病毒核酸阳性。现已闭环转运至新冠肺炎定点收治医院隔离治疗。经进一步检查和专家会诊，诊断为境外输入新冠肺炎无症状感染者。
Asymptomatic case 2-5: Three cases were imported from Hong Kong, China and one was from Britain.

To eliminate the risk of the spread of the epidemic, citizens who have taken the flight CZ8694 on September 26, or have been to the following places during the following periods, please take the initiative to report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live, and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work. People who experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhoea should go to a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible.
为排除疫情传播风险，市民如在9月26日乘坐过航班CZ8694，或在以下时间到过下列场所，请立即主动向居住地社区、工作单位或居住酒店报备，并配合做好疫情防控措施。如出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状者，请及时前往发热门诊就诊。

1. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from or through medium- or high-risk areas or the areas where COVID-19 cases have been reported within 7 days, please report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live, and cooperate with health management work including medical isolation and observation or health monitoring.
1. 近7天内有中、高风险区旅居史或与阳性感染者活动轨迹有交集的来（返）莞人员，请务必第一时间主动向所在社区、工作单位或所住酒店报备，并配合做好医学隔离观察或健康监测等健康管理工作。
2. When taking airplanes, trains, inter-provincial coaches, inter-provincial passenger ships and other vehicles, passengers must have a negative PCR test result within 48 hours.
2. 旅客须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车、跨省客运船舶等交通工具。
Passengers are recommended to take a nucleic acid test upon arrival at the station. In accordance with the principle of "free, voluntary and no restrictions on movement", inter-provincial passengers can take a nucleic acid test at the station immediately upon arrival. The results can be viewed in the health code.
推广“落地检”。按照“自愿免费即采即走，不限制流动”的原则，跨省流动人员抵达目的地后，第一时间开展核酸采样。按照要求，及时完成核酸检测，并将核酸检测结果纳入健康码，方便群众查询检测结果。
3. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from medium- and high-risk areas in Shenzhen shall undergo centralized quarantine and home-based quarantine as required.
3. 深圳中、高风险地区来（返）莞人员按要求进行集中、居家隔离。
Citizens with travel history to Shenzhen (except the above-mentioned areas) on the itinerary card should maintain a negative PCR test result within 48 hours and take nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days upon arrival (with an interval of at least 24 hours) and practice self-health monitoring. It is recommended to avoid gatherings, refrain from unnecessary outings, and not go to crowded places within 7 days. Please take personal protection when going out.
有深圳旅居史的来（返）莞人员（除上述区域外），查验48小时核酸阴性证明，3天内完成2次核酸检测（间隔24小时），并做好自我健康监测。7天内不聚集，不串门，不去人员密集的场所，外出时严格做好个人防护。
Commuters traveled between Dongguan and Shenzhen should maintain a negative PCR test result within 48 hours, and better keep a 24-hour negative nucleic acid report.
莞深通勤人员在保持48小时核酸阴性前提下倡导增加核酸检测频次，建议保持24小时核酸阴性。
4. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from other cities (besides Turpan) should take nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days upon arrival (with an interval of at least 24 hours) and practice self-health monitoring. It is recommended to avoid gatherings, refrain from unnecessary outings, and not go to crowded places within 7 days. Please take personal protection when going out.
4. 倡导外市（除吐鲁番市）来（返）莞人员进行核酸“三天两检”（3天内完成2次核酸检测，间隔24小时），并做好自我健康监测。7天内不聚集，不串门，不去人员密集的场所，外出时严格做好个人防护。
5. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the low-risk areas in Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province (from the date of leaving the district), should practice self-health monitoring at home for 5 days and not go out during the period. They should receive nucleic acid tests on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day, respectively. Their inmates should practice proper self-health monitoring, and keep to themselves in their residence and workplaces. They should avoid taking buses, subway and other public transportation, and avoid dinners and other gathering activities.
5. 有黑龙江省黑河市爱辉区城区非中高风险区的来（返）莞人员，抵莞后实施5天严格居家健康监测（从离开黑河市爱辉区城区之日起算），居家健康监测期间不外出，第1、3、5天各开展一次核酸检测。同住人员做好个人健康监测，严格落实住家与单位之间两点一线活动，避免乘坐公交地铁等公共交通工具，不得参加聚会聚餐、聚集性活动。
6. Starting from September 15, individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the low-risk areas in Turpan, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (from the date of leaving Turpan), should practice self-health monitoring at home for 7 days strictly when arriving at Dongguan. They should receive nucleic acid tests on the 1st, 4th and 7th day, respectively.
6. 9月15日以来有新疆吐鲁番市非中高风险区的来（返）莞人员，抵莞后实施7天居家隔离医学观察（从离开吐鲁番市之日起算），第1、4、7天各开展一次核酸检测。
